Is the lack of any premove time penalty an exploitable flaw?!

There should be a poll option on the forum so people can vote on this 0.1 increment.
Old MacDonald had a farm.
And on that farm he had a cow.
With a pre-moo here
And a pre-moo there.
Here a moo, there a moo,
Everywhere a pre-moo.
Old MacDonald had a farm.
E-I-E-I-O.
Scenario #3

GM Williams goes to his brother's farm and realizes that playing bullet is not a good idea. He steps away from the computer and spends the weekend enjoying the beauty of nature.
Sounds like sour grapes to me, even if you were to add a 0.1s penalty for premoving the premover is still going to be using less time than you and making 20 premoves is only going to take 2 extra seconds.

If you want to make it more like OTB then you should just remove premoving all together. Whats next a game clock with a clickable button?

The time scrambles at the end of bullet games are what make it exciting to watch, if people are having problems running out of time then why not just play blitz or a longer bullet game? Simple solution?
KC, you personally win TONS of game on time in a completely lost position (down some serious material) against slower (and, thus, lower-rated) players solely because of premoves. And yet someone employing the same tactics against you is suddenly not cool. Don't be a hypocrite. It's not about internet speed, you're just slower than WhyBeMad just like many other players are slower than you.
Well guys, I think I've discovered something really really interesting - and crazy. Not like Nobel-worth, but you get my point.

I was watching pillage time with GM Hansen today (and still am actually) and saw, on several occasions, that chessbrah's time was actually INCREASING after the premoves were made. Like he was at 0.3 seconds, and once the premove was done, he went to 0.4 seconds, thus a 0.1 increase.

So this is obviously a considerable bug and it needs to be located and addressed. And I'm betting this happens to other players, which is why Kingscrusher complained in the first place. It all makes sense.

PS: I'm quite sure at least one example of what I'm pointing out (time increase) can be found in at least one of the 10 game series against a 2000ish player (can't remember the name) in which Eric won the first nine games and then in the last one he wasn't careful and he was checkmated with the bishop at d8 protected by a rook at d1. Eric's king was at c7.
Fins is not at the same location and he's pretty fast too. My internet connection is pretty bad btw and I've managed over 2300 bullet in the past... well yesterday for instance. It's pretty tough, even chessbrahs fell into the 2300s sometimes, though he is berserking sometimes. Some people are faster and some are slower. Obviously the super-fast types will score better than they would against me at a slower control, but that's normal. And yes other sites and this one have had times of rating inflation and deflation, I've also had some that are very flattering but they're not relevant here. .1s delay only degrades the quality of the chess even further.
