This site is moderated by Russians. They abuses Ukrainians

I complained on ibuklin. This player wrote me abusive messengers. You know about a war between Russia and Ukraine. And ibuklin wrote to Ukrainians in personal messengers that they are stupid and the same things. I wrote to moderator, complaining on abusive behavior. But ibuklin sent me a message where he repeated abuses that I wrote to the moderator. So the moderator and ibuklin are the one person. How do you like it , gentlemen? The site is controlled by Russians who abuses users from Ukraine.

DUDE NO WAY!
Indeed it is frustrating to receive abusive messages over and over again, especially if you had reported it. If you haven't reported them yet, please do so, since abuse is not permitted anywhere on Lichess.

Please read: lichess.org/page/report-faq - kindly asking you to understand that the moderation team cannot personally answer your report (using direct messages) for privacy reasons - they won't share that information with anyone other than the concerned account holder.

As the link above explains, the moderators process every report they receive - and sometimes it requires more time - for example, when the report queue is busy. Any report of insult is taken very seriously.

> So the moderator and [REDACTED] are the one person
I don't think that the concerned account is a moderator. (A Lichess Moderator can verify it) Again, for privacy reasons, I redacted their username from the post.

Nope. Here is the official statement from the Lichess Team on the conflict: lichess.org/blog/Yie1MhIAACAAk6OQ/lichess-statement-on-the-war-in-ukraine

I'd advise you to block the concerned user, if you already haven't. This prevents you from receiving any further abusive messages from them. The mod team will investigate on your report and take necessary action.

Happy chessing and all best :-)
The whole world is already tired of Ukraine. And chess players too. Let's forgive ibuklin.

All this in theory, but in practice I received a repeated insult after my complaint. And there was a repetition of exactly those insults that I pointed out to the moderator. Note that this was at 13:54. I complained because this is the second Russian who insults me, I just banned the first one. But I don't want to ban them again, you won't ban all the monkeys in the zoo. Let the site administration deal with them if their case does not disagree with the word.

You wrote "Happy New Year, Ukraine! The last New Year in your short pathetic history." at another thread.

Do you think it is humanly ok to behave like this?

People in Ukraine are suffering, many of them without electricity, heat, fresh water or means to talk to their loved ones.
Ukraine loses around 100 soldiers every single day.
These people are someone's sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives...

Don't you feel ashamed of yourself?
