Probably someone from the great disillusionment.
The more someone Generalizes about them, the more likely they are to be correct; whereas giving a specific location or a specific story is more likely to be wrong.
Therefore, with this insight, I'd say that they are from somewhere within the Universe, being that General, because I prefer being right, as opposed to being wrong because I was too specific about someone I have never met.
But, wouldn't it be amazing if someone could accurately and speficially guess where they were from, within the accuracy of a Zip code? That would be a pretty impressive guess; unless it wasn't actually a guess.
