Anti-cheat control

Current lichess clause:

"Cheating is defined as using anything, other than your own knowledge, that gives you an advantage when playing against another user."

Very simple as it needs to be. Using common sense in interpreting the definition imo proves to leave open too many questions. Improving on the terms "using anything" and "advantage" would serve to make for an improved version.

"Cheating is 1st defined by the use of any computer program, or suggestions by another person in selecting or making a chess move. 2ndly, cheating is also defined as using assistance which has the intent of gaining an unfair advantage over another player." Fair play with players using only their own knowledge in playing games shall be observed. See correspondence rules where reference materials are an exception.

OK. Far to wordy. A shorter version is needed, but my thought on the topic.
