How to get a team started?

I am trying to sart a new team and I have gotten no people to join. Pls help/give me some tips pls
Join an existing team? Oh wait, you already know how to do that very well. So why do you want to create a new one? If you create a new team for no reason, people will have no reason to join.

be patient, it can take a long time to develop.

have an idea for a team name (humorous, related to something you like...)

avoid controversial or disrespectful titles

create a logo and an interesting description. make a logo in the image of the team: it will look bad on a team with a funny name to have a minimalist logo on a black and gold background.

make a description using markdown (from my own experience, it's more difficult without using this), this will allow people to have visual cues

over time: never put too many team leaders as this will create splits on decisions

register the team for tournaments and send interesting messages to your players

do not hesitate to reward the players, via rankings such as halls of fame, or diplomas. avoid money and ebook books which are prohibited. When I talk about reward, from my own experience, it's mainly because as a player, you feel good knowing that your efforts have not been forgotten, and being able to talk with whoever manages the team.

-also try not to advertise much. your profile, the description nd the introduction. don't ask everyone
