What would you play at this point in the game?

What would you (Black) play in this situation?

Ng5 with ideas of Qd7 to pressure h3, or Ne4 and induce some pawn pushes but I don't know whether this will accomplish anything. Even h5 or Nc7 and sitting tight comes to mind.

After checking with engine I found out white has no trouble trading knights. Initially I thought both sides want to avoid it to fix the pawn structure but after e.g. h5 Nxe6+ fxe6 e4 undermines the chain and leaves black with isolated or backwards pawn. Maybe that's why Ng5 is preferred.

Thank you for answering!
I would move f5 pawn, it's improvement in that suck position and feels stable
