Middlegame struggle: Evans Gambit

Hey guys!

I'm kind-of new to the chess and I'm struggling to understand what to do after the opening, especially if I have a slight advantage.

Here's the example of what I might get to at the beginning of the middlegame (I'm white):

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Bc5 4. b4 Bxb4 5. c3 Ba5 6. d4 exd4 7. O-O dxc3 8. Qb3 Nh6 9. Bxh6 gxh6 10. Bxf7+ Kf8 11. Bh5 Qe7 12. Nxc3 Bxc3 13. Qxc3 Rg8

There's some advantage according to the engine, but it's unclear to me how to progress further.

Any tips about how to learn what to do in the middlegame?

Thank you!

1- What are my opponent's weaknesses (and how can I exploit them)?
2- What are my problems (and how can I solve them)?
3- Where am I stronger?
4- Which of my pieces can be happier?
5- Which pieces do I want to exchange?
6- What is my opponent's next move/plan, if it was my opponent's turn?
Perhaps this can help you.
I recommend you to play slower games. Like 10+5 and 15+10. This way you can make faster progress, and when you feel that you have made enough progress to play faster games, play faster games, but don't let it become an addiction!
