Should you analyse your won games?

I go over both won and lost games. Sometimes there are errors in won games that one’s opponent missed. Sometimes even in a won game I will have missed opportunities.
Analyzing losses usually has the higher priority, but if time permits, it does make sense to take a closer look at won games too.

For instance I sometimes play opening lines that are not correct theory, but that go unpunished against weaker opposition, sometimes even give me advantage. So I get used to these lines and play them again and again. But once I play the same lines against a strong opponent, probably in an otb tournament game, these lines are refuted and I lose badly. This can be avoided by regularly checking if opening moves I play habitually are correct theory or at least sound enough to play in real life.

That being said, unfortunately I often find myself lacking the discipline to do what I know I should.

If you only went over what you did wrong then idk.
If you know what you are doing right as well then that is a bonus.
In short, yes. Going over them can help you identify your strengths as a chess player, as well as correct any mistakes you made, since even in wins, it's unlikely your game was perfect.
