Should you analyse your won games?

"Should you analyze your won games or only the games you lost?"

It's painful to study a lost game but I try to force myself to do it. I also study won games. Lichess makes it easy, for example the "Learn from your mistakes" feature.

Sure you should because there are lot of improvements for both players even in won games as well. The "won" usually doesn't mirror the whole game.
