I can play well bullet and rapid but not blizs. And I don't think those two things would help me, anyways

study Tactics, middle game and endgame studies. Find a GM that has a style you like and start exploring their games... doesn't have to be a world champion... delve deep into their play looking at the technique.

It depends you have blitz without increment or blitz with increment. This is 2 complete games. 3+0 or 5+3 are in lichess blitz range.
I always mlay with increment which helps in OTB time sceamble. 5+3 is a good format. It is merely a rapid game format.

What bullet do you play though 1+0?
when all else fails just play ultrabullet
HDHog asked a good question 3+0 and 5+3 are completely different ball games. Even just 3+0 and 5+0 are quite different.
I see a lot of 3+2 in your profile but since you're good at bullet perhaps you should try 3+0 so you can flag those turtles.

Well, as for me I am good at 3 minutes blitz, but not 5 min. And I hate rapid
