How to dowload only specific games in batch?

Sorry this question has certainly been answered before but I couldnt find the answer. There is a button to dowload all my history but I would like to know how to dowload games from only a certain period of time. For example if I search for my Blitz game with Black from last week I got 39 hits, but I dont see how I can dowload all in a one go. Also is it possible to search by openings, i dont see the option. Thx for yr help.

It's possible with the Lichess API (lichess.org/api)

But if you are not familar with APIs in general, the site www.openingtree.com/ should be the right thing for you.
