This game almost gave me a heart attack

Right now I don't know what to say really, take a look at this:

At this point I guess chess is not meant for me clearly...
I think it's more clearly a case of either blood lust or positional blindness. Don't give up on chess because you blunder a won game. Next time you'll be more likely to check for the best move or mate threats :P
You still had 4 of your 10 minutes left so you could have thought longer and blunder checked your intended move.

You were too much preoccupied with your own attack so that you forgot your opponent's threat.

That is easy to explain too: the mate threat ...Qxb2+ was there since move 20, but you had your Nc4 and your Qd2 defending b2. Then you moved your knight 23 Nd6, then you moved your Qc2 with check 32 Qxg6+ and then you forgot about the mate threat that had been harmless for 12 moves.

If such events happen often yo you, I recommend to activate move confirmation in your settings. You play the move, you verify that it is no blunder, then you confirm your move.
