Well yes technically two knights can deliver mate. But only if you help the knights.

#6 @GandalfKOTH …Kxa5 is not forced. You can take the knight on c7. Sure, it's still winning for white but not with two knights, unless you promote your pawn to a knight and black helps you mate with those remaining knights, but in that case it won't be "forced".
