Stockfish may say any move and it doesn't really matter at situations like that. Becouse one side is CLEARLY wining, and there might be tons of solutions here that will be equaly good.
Engine just show you one of the solutions.
One that I found:
Ne5 h2 -no way for white to stop the promotion now...
Nc4 Na8 - now no way white pawn is ever promoted
Nd2 H1=Q game over.
