Hi In Your Native Language.

I am American so it's just hi for me
but my mom is french so I even speak french.
We say salut / bonjour in french

these are informal way of saying hi in Arabic language.
indeed هاي has the English origin (hi) itself but it blended in our community & they use it as welcoming word.
ألو in English spells (alo) but indeed originated from (Hello), also somehow blended with community & we use it especially when answering a phone call.
for the هلا its just a light version of أهلاً (just an informal way to say that).
