I don't understand this game at all

This game (http://fr.lichess.org/kErr6aPC#0) between GM Spraggett and IM Ferreira. The move 10. Bg5 ?? seems completely nonsensical to me, as well as the following moves. Why does white leave the bishop hanging? Why does black wait 3 moves before taking the bishop?

Was this game incorrectly relayed, or were these the actual moves played?

Yes, this whole game seems fishy. It looks like it was played between 1200 rated players!
