How to know if moderators reacted to cheaters?

Years ago I got messages like "You lost to a cheater... " and I haven't received them more than a year or two.
Does it mean that I never played a cheater during this time or site behavior changed ?
You play many fast games, in which there are not so many cheaters

Why do you think so? What is the basis for this assumption?
I am the same - I used to get the notification almost daily but have not had it for months now. But I know I have played players who have subsequently been banned.

the fact that the cheapest and most popular cheating methods take too long to execute in bullet
I don't think there is a point in sending people messages about previous games. Just think how many people you have played in the past.

Maybe it is limited to very recent games, or cases where you got a rating refund.

What do you mean with "take too long'? Just start engine and see the correct move and make it or allow the engine to do so. What is "long?

The question is,, why the behaviour has changed? If the rule was the same, why did I get these messages earlier?

The behaviour has not changed. The rule is the same. You are not getting these messages anymore, because we are basically ignoring your reports.

Why?

Well, take the last ~80 hours: You lost 39 bullet 2+1 games, and of those you reported 20. That is more than 50% of your losses.

What would happen if everyone did what you do?
About 96% of games on lichess end up having a loser. If everyone reported the same percentage of their losses as you do, that would mean that 49% of all games played on lichess would get reported. To check 49% of games played, we would need probably about 3 or 4 times more moderators than there are players.

That is why we give reports by players like yourself, who report most of their losses, low priority. It would not be possible to check their reports anyway, so we do them when we get around to them, which may take weeks. Instead, we give higher priority to the reports of players that are often actionable or players who send few reports, and do those quickly. That way is more efficient when the goal is to catch cheaters.

Edit: To clarify, human moderators cannot check 49% of games played. Automated systems can and do check all the games.
