When did you stop improving?

I think after a year of improvement (from 1000 blitz to 2151 blitz and 1200 bullet to 2199 bullet), my classical, rapid, and blitz rating can grow, but my bullet rating will have a hard time.

I currently have a goal of 2300 bullet, but when I try to go for that goal, I always get losing streaks, which frustrate me and then I can't win much games anymore.
For me it's about focus ima a habitual multitasker do my best rating was 1918 I belive I only play classic, I've never studied I've never put in that extra effort to really excel I just dont have the personal drive as chess is my hobby. So I'm very streaky if you check my profile I started awful then after being beat down I learned from loseing. My own assumption of my self ima avg at best very streaky can play great games then next game I lose my queen early. But from other life exp sports baseball in general you never stop improving. You just improve in different areas at diffrent times this is how you become your greatest self. If your not learning something in every game 1 of 2 things happend A. You didn't face a challenge 2. Your not mentally invested in the learning aspect that each game can offer.
When I started playing a bunch of 3+0 games per-day, burned-out my energy, and didn't learn because my mind was tired of chess.
