Is possible to submit a chess game to consider it for a puzzle?

to be precise i was thinking of those:

As far as I know every time a game finishes the computer automatically recognizes the problem, so I think those games are already listed as candidate puzzles

As far as i know the puzzles were all generated a while (years) ago based on played games on lichess.
Since then no more puzzles have been added/generated.

The chess captchas (like the one you have to resolve for answering in this thread) however are taken from recent games.

PD all captchas are trivial mate-in-ones, i hope not all come from games
