I would love to have a multiplayer analysis board so my friend and I could practice different tactics and endgames against each other with the ability to go back and try diferent variations all without effecting our game records or having to set the board up from scratch each time. Would anyone else find this feature useful? Would it be hard to implement?

Maybe with some drawing tools (square highlight, arrows etc) like in analysis videos... I think that would be useful, though I don't know how difficult it would be to implement

Multi person analysis boards would be great.
That feature alone would make this a very sticky site. Simply create a new analysis board and send people the URL. Highlights, move pieces anywhere would make this a great site for anyone who wants to have a remote conversation about a game!
