You shouldn't give a warning about a ban when losing by time caused by bad internet connection

Hi, I have sometimes bad internet, and therefore lose games by time.
Then I get a warning that if I let the time running out, I'll get a ban.
For example, here: lichess.org/9TN3q6zfoCla

This message is cofusing and is not fair. Please, let the robot check before sending this message that a losing was because of bad internet and not because of inappropriate behaviour of a player.
Sometimes I'm navigating the lobby and I accidentally click on a name. Then I get a ban warning for aborting a game I never intended to play.
"Please, let the robot check before sending this message that a losing was because of bad internet and not because of inappropriate behaviour of a player." How would you propose to do that? As far as I know bots haven't mastered telepathy yet.

If you occasionally get disconnected, you have nothing to worry about. If it happens way too often you will get a temporary playban, which is fair since your opponents should not be experiencing that as well.
Players do not like it when their opponent leaves (or sits) during a game. There is some delicate balance to be struck between:
* Do not playban players who leave
* Players find it rude when their opponent leaves, so playban players who leave

Maybe if a player disconnects losing the game might be enough punishment? I don't know. Maybe if there's a large problem with players not completing games, "game completion rate" can factor into the lobby pool pairing system.
It's a warning, not a ban. Besides, if it does happen because of "bad internet" you can always contact lichess
