Wrong interpretation of the result of the game in Antichess

I just played two anti-chess games in the same tournament, which ended the same way: I ran out of time. However, in both cases the opponent could not win by any order of moves. In both cases I had only a bishop on the board, and my opponent had a bishop of the opposite color of the field and one more pawn. It is absolutely obvious that in both cases it should be recognized a draw. But I was declared a loss, and it contradicts the generally accepted rules, according to which a loss can be declared only if there is such an order of moves, in which the other side can win.

Here are the two games:

In the first game if white timed out it would be a draw, but not for the person who cant win. In the second game it's the inverse.
In both cases, the "winning" side in terms of time can not give up all of its pieces, and therefore can not win in any way.
