If the answer is less than once per week, you should read Accelerate: The Science of Lean Software and DevOps: Building and Scaling High Performing Technology Organizations. This book is widely read within Visma and has and is having significant impact every day!

Do you lead a product development organization that has multiple teams? If yes, make sure you read Team Topologies: Organizing Business and Technology Teams for Fast Flow. I have had the pleasure of attending a 2-day workshop Matthew organized for another Hg portfolio company, and Visma is used as an industry example on their website!
