When I flagged Nihal in ultra

The date- 5th August 2021.
Time- 12:19 PM
Tournament- Hourly Ultrabullet arena.
I wont forget these details for the rest of my life.

Around 12:05, I was watching the ultra lichess tv, and suddenly nihal's game popped up.
He was playing the hourly ultra tournament, and I thought this was a golden chance of playing the legend. Here is the link of the tournament

I joined, lost my first one, then won 5 in a row, and got paired with this guy.
He thrashed me, very badly. I thought that I must withdraw, but I kept playing, won 7 in a row, and got paired with him again! But he again defeated me.

Things started to look bad, after that game, a 1700 also defeated me, an it didn't seem I was in good nick.
I was about to withdraw, but I got paired with him again!

This was my last chance!

He straight away went 4 pieces up in just a few moves, but he had 10 seconds on the clock, and I had 14.
The game went on.
On move 30, he was way ahead, but had only 2 seconds on the clock, while I had 6.
However, I was only left with a rook and a few pawns.
He did blunder a few pieces, and on move 41, he was just 2 pieces up, and had just 1 sec left on his clock, while I had 3.2
I decided to take my chance. I sacrificed my rook, to give a check, and it worked.
His time went down to 0.3, while he captured my rook.
Now, I had only 3 pawns, but the time advantage was with me.
He managed to play 10 moves after that, he even took one of my pawns, but I played super fast, therefore flagging him. I still had 2 seconds on the clock.
I immediately paused, made a thread, as anyone would do, and couldn't stop the smile on my face.

The next day, I again got paired with him, and he defeated me twice.
Till date, my score with him is 1-4, but the '1' in the score will remain with me for the rest of my life.
It was really a pleasure facing him, and a delight flagging him.
