These times result in players constantly losing on time. They result in players choosing suboptimal strategies which will not pay off in real world standard OTB chess. Strategies where a weird move results in opp losing a bit time and therefore can pay out.
one of these times should be replaced with 0 4. This still quite well prevents cheating but it is also a completely different chess. A chess where a positional advantage can usually be converted. A no-stress-chess which is still fast enough to not become boring. The usual coffeehouse blitz and bullet strategies will not work so well here. Players will be forced to choose sane strategies. This will result in new ideas, discussions, progress.
I suggest to replace the 3 0 tourns as they are a hybrid anyway. 1 0 and 5 0 is enough Junk. Thanks.

Well maybe next time you won't say the word "junk"? Most players prefer this way. If you don't like this time control or weak at it doesn't mean lichess has to change the whole tournament system because of you.
I echo #6. You can't just insult people who put so much time and care into these time controls. Popularity is never a surefire sign of quality. But the popularity of 3+0 and so on should always make you consider: "maybe there are redeeming points to these time controls that I glazed over?"
Anyway, the arena tournament system was not designed with increment in mind. So even if it is marginally better in leading to more interesting games, it will not be a good fit for the arena format.

Chill out, you're the one who declared tournament games without increments to be junk, inferring that they are of high pressure, and that 0+4 is without pressure, all of which are groundless opinions that are against a majority of online chess players.

Anyway, 3+0 and 5+0 are the popular time controls for blitz. 0+4 tournaments may resolve issues of playing by time scrambles, but if a player fail to manage time at the 5+0 level, 0+4 does not magically improve their ability.
