Bug : I can't plan anymore!

Hello!

When I clic on the 2+1 (or any, ftm), the circle keeps turning. 3 seconds later a red bar appears at the bottom "trying to reload" ("reconnexion en cours").

I can't play since yesterday...
I can train, post here and all.

No ping with the server, though.
I launched a game against stockfish, just to see...

I can launch the game, but can't move...

If you have a solution, I'll be happy :)

Thank you!
Lichess has been doing that to some people for a while. If you can try a different browser for a bit, it has helped others.

@Toadofsky -- This thread may interest you.
Thanks Ratzinjammers.

Unfortunately, it doesn't help : safari and chrome, same problem.
Are you trying to connect from a home or work computer?
@Regis74 It works fine at home, but occasionally see the reconnect when logging in.

It reconnects often in schools. They let the learn chess basic work, and we can also go to the practice section, but the engine will not respond to our moves. I don't know what to say to the network admin to permit the engine to load. If it wasn't for the engine not loading, computer games would work, but they don't.

If only the practice section would work like this basic section lichess.org/learn#/15/2s.
This would remove the need to have an engine load in the practice section.
More students could then enjoy the practice section.

The next step might be to get them to play between schools using kid mode controlled by a password so they don't get out of kid mode before the expiry date of there kid mode. That's another feature that's not there yet. That would be good for parents or others that created an account for a child so that they can see their progress.
workis right now at home. I was at work but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work there : first I've played for years, second, I'm a teacher, I can do whatever I want on my computer in the teachers room...

I'll try again on friday. If it does it again, I'll talk to the IT crowd. :p

Thanks!
