your worst games

http://en.lichess.org/7yyVc36D/white#61
Maybe not my worst game but a serious easy mistake to avoid,
I blitzed it did not pay attention and It was easy to get the d6
and It would have been fantastic but then I would have get addicted to chess which is even worst.
move 31, damn it was a nice opportunity to make something beautiful or cool.
Just happened...

I'm a beginner, working hard to improve. I was making a serious game, very focused...Dominant position... needed ONE move to end the game but was stuck in restisting a series of check (which I usually don't)...
Finally, I got the opportunity.
I think I will never have such a huge FAIL!

ahahahah.

Regis.
Hi Regis! This is a very instructional game against a higher rated opponent. Black didn't manage to keep the position under control after a big advantage and then finally blundered.

What I noticed here:

1. You only took 5 seconds for the game losing move Qxf3, while the game does have a 15 second increment, I do not know the overall clock situation at this moment but it's possible you played too fast.

2. On move 25 it looks like that you do not have an ideal plan to convert. I think both f5 and the following f6 are bad moves, opening lines of fire towards your king, suddenly your opponent has counterplay, and you want to avoid that (if possible). In my opinion, it would have been a better plan to focus on the queenside for now, defend your a pawn while attacking his a and c pawns and whenever there is chance to simplify, to do it. There is no rush of advancing the kingside pawns. In fact the pawns look kind of nice where they are at that point of time, as they do a good job in restricting the opponents knight.
