The rooks suddenly hide after castling was made

after 7. 0-0 0-0 I saw this picture:

and all the remaining time I could not never move my "virtual" rook on f1.
После 7 хода обе ладьи исчезли и все попытки сходить ладьёй с f1 были неудачны. Спасибо за внимание.
