I am so bad at Blitz

Hello Guys! YOU CAN SEE ON MY PROFILE MY RAPID RATING AND MY BLITZ RATING IDK WHY AM I SO BAD IN BLITZ PLS TELL ME HOW TO IMPROVE IN BLITZ.
Lol, same thing here, but I got better at Blitz after I started to mess with some weird positions (like, trying fianchettos and all that kind of stuff).
#1:

Blitz is the mix between fast and slow Chess, that you either love or hate.

Either you take too much time thinking and you get flagged - play too quickly and blunder - or have the experience, instinct, quick-thinking, and understanding needed to manage your time well.

From what I've seen: Most people are either very good in Blitz or Rapid, and usually suck at one of them.

To get better at Blitz:

1) When you see a good move, play it.

In Blitz - especially without increment - you don't have a lot of time to think about your moves, and you just need to play something.

2) Play 2-3 openings, and not anything more than 3.

Reason is: By playing so few openings, you gain a huge amount of experience with them in 3+0, and will be able to play the opening in bullet speed, or even hyper-bullet speed against your opponents, will gain an upper-hand time-wise, and will be able to out-play your opponents with the extra time.

3) When the game enters flagging-territory, take the initiative, if you can!

Start giving checks, make threats, etc.

If you get the initiative when it's become a flagging-contest, you will control the game.

4) Limit yourself to a select number of games per-day, which isn't high.

Reason is: If you play a lot of games every-day, your mind - eyes - and body will become tired, you will become tilted, and the quality of your play - plus, the amount of effort you put into the games decrease.

Quality over quantity.

5) Do regular physical exercise.

Blitz Chess - especially without increment - damages your mental health.

Walking - lifting weights - doing push-ups, are all things that will greatly improve your health, and enable you to keep-up with Blitz.

Fast modes are highly dependend on your emotions.

Just stop hurrying yourself up and worrying too much and you won't do bad moves. The clue thing is to have a subconsious timer to know how fast you have to make a decision, and you will know how fast you should think for that decision. COntrary, when you make moves just to make moves worrying about the time you will do the worst moves. In any mode you have to think, either fastr or slow, but in none mode you have to hustle

This is actually decent advice. I wonder what Tal would think? ;)
My blitz rating has always been 100-200 rating below my rapid rating and at this point I've just accepted that in order to move my blitz rating up I have to move my rapid rating up as well.
